Within 2 days from the date of delivery of the order customers can request a return
Condition of Products: If the customers want to return the products then they should be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.
Return Process:
Customer must contact us on our email id or whats app number to request a return.
Customers are not allowed to visit our physical stores for returning the products since their procedures are different.
Return Shipping:
If the customer wants to replace the unopened items without any fault from our side then customer has to pay 25 QAR delivery charges
If the customer gets wrong item or damaged item from our side then delivery charges won’t be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Products: If the products have any issues(damage ,leakage or received wrong item) then customers must provide photos or proof of the issue . We will return the products only when we found that the reason is genuine.
