Return Period:
- Within 2 days from the date of delivery of the order customers can request a return
- Condition of Products: If the customers want to return the products then they should be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.
Return Process:
- Customer must contact us on our email id or whats app number to request a return.
- Customers are not allowed to visit our physical stores for returning the products since their procedures are different.
Return Shipping:
- If the customer wants to replace the unopened items without any fault from our side then customer has to pay 25 QAR delivery charges
- If the customer gets wrong item or damaged item from our side then delivery charges won’t be deducted.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the products have any issues(damage ,leakage or received wrong item) then customers must provide photos or proof of the issue . We will return the products only when we found that the reason is genuine.
